By creating an account or using Apropty.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of an association or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity that happens under your account.
You will tell us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access or use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If a payment fails, we may suspend the account after a reasonable grace period and after written notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not interfere with the Service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
You retain ownership of the content you submit — documents, messages, photos, and association data. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for the legality of the content you upload and for obtaining any consent required from your community members.
You will not use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, scrape data without permission, reverse-engineer the platform, or attempt to disrupt operations for other customers.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Apropty.com, its logo, and the underlying software, design, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or logos beyond a limited license to use them as the Service intends.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example, payment processors and email providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours. We are not responsible for their availability or content.
You may cancel at any time from within the platform. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if continued use creates risk to other customers, or if we discontinue the Service.
On termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to let you export association data before deletion, subject to applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apropty.com and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or of any law, or out of content you submit to the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify account administrators by email or through an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.
